Elegance is totally dwarfed by a diamond-processing boat from the West Coast, in Saldanha for repairs. A clumsy-looking boat, it is highly efficient. The tall tower processes the gravel from the seabed, with divers controlling its position. The platform is a helicopter landing pad.
