We have amazing flowers in this part of the world - hardy, surviving the most adverse conditions, maturing and seeding fast (making the most of even small amounts of rain) and blooming in the most unlikely places. Here, in a sculptor's yard in pieces of ash and clinker from the forge, a plant flourishes against all odds.
