Harbour

Saldanha bay is very big, with two towns and a nature reserve on its banks. It serves as a loading point for iron ore, a base for fisheries, a naval base, and a wonderful yacht club that dodges social pretensions and proclaims itself to be "not that yacht club." In this picture, a friend watches my family members abandoning a dodgy outboard motor in favour of oars. They have a long way to go, to where Elegance lies at her swing mooring.
