Tangible history

Buuildings are like stories - they can be read and interpreted. Here, an old building, once a very early church in Laaiplek, first had screen walls (a later concept) added, and then a new entrance added, together with the "broekie lace" iron fretwork mandatory in Victorian times. Now it is going to undergo another change and will house a Fisheries museum, although this time there will be almost no change to the exterior of the building.
