The penguins are quite unafraid - they use this beach when they are moulting, and are used to spectators - but they can give quite a severe nip if they are displeased.
Welcome back! Fantastic "up close and personal" images. This is something I regret not having done! The number of times we've driven past Boulders beach, but never got down close to these wonderful creatures! Cheers!
