Schizanthus, also known locally as 'poor man's orchid.' It survives pretty hot days - just as well, the temperature here today is about 45 degrees C - I'm wilted!
Beautiful photo! But yes, 45°C - that´s hot and definitive too hot for me!My daughter is in Muizenberg at the moment and she wrotes me today about this hot temperatures too! We here in Hamburg had a grey and wet-cold day here and our temperatures were today only + 4°C!
