Elegance

Elegance is a gaff-rigged schooner, built 1934 in very solid and beautiful teak. She's heavy and makes us feel really good. Not a floating caravan for booze-cruises but a real, working boat. Subject to slipping her and examining the (traditional) keel to make absolutely sure that there are no patches of rot, we hope to buy her. Or rather, Etienne does. But I've offered to polish up the brasswork!
